We are hiring a Global Employer Brand Manager to act as creator and director of our employer branding strategic vision, and as a mentor and guide for our Employer Branding team. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition for Programs, Operations, and Branding, you will partner with EA's Talent Acquisition team and business leaders globally to develop a branding framework, launch new campaigns, build on our social media strategies, implement segmented strategies and messaging for our studios, and build new and existing channels that drive a diverse slate of talent to EA. You and your team will have a positive impact on the face of talent at EA while keeping the company top of mind for candidates as an employer of choice.
