The Clinical Analyst provides basic support of multi-user clinical operating systems, hardware and software tools, including installation, configuration, maintenance, training, and support of these systems. Participates in support of clinical applications applying developing clinical knowledge, to ensure effective and optimal use of current applications, incorporation of enhancements and process improvements. Assesses current practice and translates end user needs into the optimal configuration and build of clinical applications.
Proof of Proficiency or Certification, if applicable, to the specific IT application is highly preferred. Associate degree or technical degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred. In lieu of degree, will consider individuals with IT or Operations experience. A minimum of two (2) years of IT application or related operational experience required. Radiology/Cardiology Experience Highly preferred.
The Clinical Analyst provides intermediate level support as outlined in Level I analyst. Facilitates assessment of current practice and translation of end user needs into the optimal configuration and build of clinical applications. Demonstrates solid analyst skills, advanced technical/ maintenance skills, and clinical knowledge to provide advanced support of clinical application use, enhancement and process improvement.
Certification, if applicable, to the specific IT application is highly preferred. Associate degree or technical degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred. In lieu of degree, will consider individuals with extensive IT or Operations experience. A minimum of five (5) years of IT application or related operational experience required.
The Clinical Analyst provides system-level support as outlined in Level I analyst. Works in collaboration with operational leaders and team members from ITS to assess current practice and translate end user needs into the optimal configuration and build of clinical applications. Actively participates in workflow design, build, implementation, evaluation and support of end user education for the electronic health record, mentoring other team members in these activities.
Proof of Certification or other advanced training to the specific IT application is required. Bachelor's Degree Required. A minimum of seven (7) years of IT application experience. Two (2) years of related operations experience may count towards experience minimum experience qualification.
