GUEST SERVICE AGENT - JAPANESE
Japanese - Guest Service Agent (GSA) duty is to provide above-and-beyond services to the guests to ensure their experience will be worth remembering from the moment they step into the hotel until they leave. His or Her duties includes of handling set-up of daily guests reservations, meet and greet the guests as they arrive, check-in and check-out guests as well as supervise the Guest Relations Department in accordance with the objective and quality standards established by Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts.
- At least 2 years experience in an international hotel in the same capacity.
- With strong background in Front Office operations and well-versed in Opera system and Miscrosoft Office applications.
- Fluent in oral and written English.
- A team leader with smart personality.
- Motivator and a self-starter.
- Guest oriented.
