The F&B Guest Services Officer is responsible for being courteous and helpful in welcoming all guests, organise efficient allocation of tables, registering reservations as well as bidding guests farewell. It also includes being familar with guests' preferences and being supporting the Assistant Manager / Manager of the F&B outlet with administrative tasks.
- Minimum 1 year of F&B experience
- Pleasant personality
- Good communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- Required to work shift hours
- Able to multi-task
*The successful candidate will be required to adhere to hotel's grooming and uniform guidelines that is issued.
