Service Manager - Kitchen (Food Quality Control Chef)
Resposible for directing, training, supervising and controlling the Policies & Procedures of the Food Receiving area. Maintain the food quality upon receiving the goods to the hotel. Keep and update record of all the "Food Store" refrigerators and Dry Storage area. Maintain the cleanliness by association with the Stewarding team. Supervision of Food Porters and ensuring all food is delivered in timely manner according to HACCP/SFSMS.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Food Quality Control Chef / Sous Chef in a large 5-Star international hotel.
- Certified HACCP / Basic Food Safety and Hygiene certification.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills required.
