We are currently seeking a Building Surveyor to join our Engineering Dvision at the Corporate Office in Hong Kong. Bringing with him/her the relevant technical and project management experiences, the Building Survey will be responsible for the day-to-day management and successful delivery of project(s) on time, within budget and with quality.
As a Building Surveyor, we rely on you to:
We are looking for someone who:
Has experiences in design, construction and commissioning of M&E, and building services systems and installations
Is competent in project planning software like Primavera or MS Project, and proficient in MS Office application and AutoCAD
Is a qualified Professional Building Surveyor, MHKIS, MRICS, MCIOB, Registered Architect, Authorized person (A.P.) or equivalent
Has minimum 10 years working experience in a managerial level, and a degree in Architectural study, Surveying, Building Services Engineering, Interior Design, Building Construction or relevant subjects
Is proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin to support local and overseas colleagues, and with excellent coaching, presentation and facilitation skills
