WestJet Encore is searching for positive, enthusiastic individuals with a proven background in guest service to join our team as airport Customer Service Agent (CSA). As a CSA, your bright personality and smile enrich the lives of everyone in WestJet Encore’s world and create a remarkable experience for our traveling guests. At Airports, we believe that every connection matters.
The CSA position is a highly physical role; agents are required to be on their feet for long periods of time. Other physical tasks may include, but are not limited to: assisting guests requiring mobility assistance (such as wheelchairs) in all areas of the airport and lifting/moving guest baggage, among many other tasks.
