PRODUCTION EMPLOYEE - 2nd SHIFT (2:30 pm - 11:00 pm Monday through Friday)
Position is located in Louisville, KY
Good organizational, communication and time management skills. Must have a strong work ethic while being production and quality conscious.
Jointly responsible for whole work processes, performing multiple tasks, setting staffing plans and production goals for the current day with other team members. Provides information to other team members during shift overlap to improve overall plant performance.
Physical Requirements / Working Conditions
Standing for up to 10 hours a day. Regular kneeling, bending, stooping, gripping, reaching. Position may require lifting up to 35 lbs on a regular basis and 70 lbs on occasion. Must be able to work flexible schedule which could include weekend hours.
Education & Knowledge Required
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience / Skills / Abilities Required
Experience with windows based programs
Minimum 0-3 years related experience
Average to above average mechanical reasoning abilities
Good organizational skills and ability to multitask
Attention to detail
Teamwork and communication skills
Ability to read, speak, and communicate effectively utilizing the English language
