Raven is looking for a high-energy service-driven leader with a strong technical and supervisory background to join our IT team. The Service Desk team manages all Service Desk related issues for a diverse set of users and applications across several divisions.
As the IT Service Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the IT Service Desk. While focusing on customer service, you will lead and monitor the response effort surrounding incoming issues and requests, proactively plan support for all new and current users, and serve as an escalation point for your team members.
You will work closely with the IT Technical Services Manager to help ensure our team is prepared to support new applications and company initiatives. We expect new team members to bring something new to the table, freely contribute their knowledge, and learn from our team.
