Responsibilities:

We offer challenging careers as a functional specialist for SAP SuccessFactors TM and have promising opportunities in all three of our locations. As a key member of the Solvera SuccessFactors TM team, individuals selected will be part of a team delivering consulting services to ensure implementation success and client satisfaction.

 

Qualifications:

  • Completion of relevant post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science or related field. 
  • HR business experience and/or domain expertise in one or more core HR functions.
  • SuccessFactors functional or technical experience in any of the following: Employee Central, Compensation, Performance management and Goals, Recruiting, Learning Management, Succession, Workforce planning, Workforce analytics and Jam.
  • 5+ years of implementation or business experience with SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, or other established on-premise or on-demand Talent Management solutions (i.e. Taleo, Workday, ADP, Peoplesoft, Oracle).
  • SAP SuccessFactors Consultant Certification or formal training an asset
  • Experience with software integration and data flows between HR and other core business processes
  • Ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical configurations that align to best practice business processes
  • Strong consulting skills, including analytical thinking, problem solving, and superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Project Management experience an asset
  • Self-starter that is capable of working effectively as part of a team; in-person and remotely
  • Strong English language skills
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Familiarity with XML or HTML an asset
  • Ability to work legally in Canada

 

 

Assignments:

Solvera consultants are based in one of four western Canadian cities and can expect the vast majority of their work assignments will be supporting Solvera’s base of clients within that city. Although each client assignment is different, the hours are typically Monday – Friday workdays and the work is performed in a comfortable, safe office environment befitting many of Canada’s most progressive companies.
