Our Hiring Process
Step 1: Create a Profile
Create a profile to make the most of your AMA job search. Once you’ve established your account credentials, you’ll add your contact information and attach your resume. It’s that simple!
Step 2: Apply for a Position
If a particular position piques your interest, we invite you to submit your application online. After submitting your application, you will receive a confirmation email that invites you to complete a more detailed profile of your skills and experience.
Step 3: Assessment
Next, our hiring team will review your credentials as compared to the requirements for the position you’ve expressed interest in.
We rely on various forms of communication in order to learn more about you, your workplace preference and your career goals:

• Phone Interviews
• Two-Way Video Interviews
• In-Person One-on-One Interviews
• In-Person Group Interviews
We believe that the interview process is not only a way for us to get to know you better, but also a way for you to get to know us better! We work hard to ensure we’re making the right hiring decision and we expect you to do the same.
Step 4: Offer
Offers are extended over the phone or in person by the Human Resources team or a Senior Leadership member. During an offer, you’ll be presented with a total rewards package that’s not just fair, but competitive.
If you are not selected for a role after you’ve interviewed, you’ll be contacted by a member of the Human Resources team.
