“Can I apply even If there isn’t a specific position currently available that is of interest to me?”
We only accept applications for an open position. However, we encourage you to check back often, as our job openings are updated on a regular basis. You can also create job alerts in the system to notify you when positions are posted that meet your criteria under the “Job Management” tab.
“Will my application still remain on file for one year?”
Metropolitan Utilities District will keep your candidate profile on record for three years from the last date of use. Each time you find a job opening of interest, you will need to log into the District’s application system, review/update your candidate profile, then select the position(s) for which you are interested and apply. You must apply for each opening that might be of interest to you. The District does NOT search prior applications to match new openings.
