The Department operates two service locations, one on the Waukesha Memorial Hospital Campus and one at the Outpatient Physician’s Center in Oconomowoc. These two locations combine to complete 700 to 800 outpatient visits monthly. A variety of interventional services are provided including epidural injections, facet injections, radio-frequency ablations, spinal cord stimulator trials and implants, as well as medication pump trials.
The department has 24 staff – 5 clerks, 15 RNs, and 4 radiologic technologists. Two anesthesiologists and one physician assistant provide physician services in the department.
Hours: Monday - Friday: 7:00 am or 8:30 am start time - shift typically 7.5 or 8 hours.
Full Time / Part Time: Pool/As Needed - no Benefits
An experienced Radiology Technologist with knowledge and skills in pain management procedures. In an ambulatory care and in house setting, he/she is able to care for a group of patients with various problems, under minimal supervision, and also be able to assume added responsibilities as requested. To operate radiographic equipment for diagnostic purposes as directed; perform diagnostic procedures according to established standards and practices.
- Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology or equalivant required.
- Radiologic Tech (WI License) & ARRT Registration.
- BLS (CPR) Certification.
- At least 2 years of radiologic technologist experience preferred.
- Experience with c-arm imaging required.
