We currently have an opportunity available for a Channel Account Management Executive
This position is responsible for achieving the annual business revenue target for his/her targeted market. This position will engage and facilitate TransUnion Healthcare business associates and subject matter experts to collaboratively identify, sell, close and manage projects.
•Achieve orders and revenue goals through growth of the existing account base and the creation of joint strategies to sell new products through the account channel.
•Develop deep account relationships with executive level and operational contacts and document needs and organizational priorities. Specifically creating a partnership environment to increase product development activities and joint product penetration strategies for the channel account.
•Create account management plans for strategic accounts including work flow and business assessments in order to identify improvement targets which create high impact and return on investment opportunities for the account base through the increased use of TransUnion solutions.
•Develop thorough and high impact C-level channel development strategies based on customer needs assessment and extensive end user customer profile of the channel account base.
•Provide plan forecast precision by reviewing documentation of opportunities, anticipated obstacles, and implementation timelines.
•Develop Contact Plan and scheduled meetings for targeted market. Manage accounts and contacts through corporate InTouch (salesforce.com). Update Client Profiles as required to maintain high quality content.
•Provide maintenance and support to existing channel clients to ensure channel revenues and profitability.
•Maintain updated opportunity pipeline weekly, including realistic estimated revenue size, projected close date, probability of close, projected implementation and continuously monitor accounts using InTouch.
•Participate / Coordinate conference calls with healthcare stakeholders at least on a monthly basis.

A Bachelor’s degree with a demonstrated record of achievement, performance. At least 8+ years of relevant experience. Preference for experience gained from Health Care, Information Services, Financial Services, or Consulting industry. Proven Healthcare market knowledge, management capabilities, marketing expertise, and sales skills.
The ability to effectively communicate verbally and in written form is essential. Demonstrated ability in selling and solving business problems with creative and data-driven solutions. Ability to translate direction into clear, actionable recommendations and results. Experience building relationships with business leaders and C-level executives.
