STUFF YOU WILL DO:

  • Be RESPONSIBLE for the store’s profitability, visual aesthetic, payroll budget and shrinkage goal
  • LEAD by mentoring, encouraging feedback and motivating others to be extraordinary
  • Be accountable for all aspects of recruiting, hiring and DEVELOPMENT of management and visual team
  • COLLABORATE with the District Manager/District Merchandising Manager to establish store goals and floor presentation standards
  • Strive to INSPIRE the store team and our customer by creating a whole sensory store experience through the placement of product and outfitting
  • Take responsibility for store and customer needs through excellent FLOOR SUPERVISION
  • Effectively COMMUNICATE  to manage a highly creative and complex  store environment
  • Cultivate a “PEERS TEACHING PEERS” environment
  • Exercise strong LOSS PREVENTION awareness and compliance
  • Take PRIDE in your store (maintain a fully staffed team, an organized back of house and a positive store environment)
  • Provide authentic CUSTOMER INTERACTIONS

You are certified to use the following power tools: circular saw, chop saw and power drill. Our stores typically have four departments, (Women’s, Women’s Accessories, Men’s and Home), which give the Display Artist a canvas to create an inspiring and engaging environment for our customer. We encourage them to make it their own!

  • COLLABORATE with Store Merchandising Manager to ensure timely completion of visual projects
  • Actively SEEK OUTSIDE INSPIRATION and share new ideas
  • Be RESPONSIBLE for the store’s display budget and expense reporting requirements
  • Ensure SAFETY STANDARDS are upheld by the store team in regards to displays, materials storage and tool usage
  • Exercise strong LOSS PREVENTION awareness and compliance
  • Cultivate a “PEERS TEACHING PEERS” environment
  • Take PRIDE in your store (maintain a safe, clean and organized store and display room)
