Dealer.com pioneered digital marketing for automotive retail by offering the first dealer-centric approach to websites back in 1998. Fast-forward 15 years and our unique ability to combine dealer perspectives, consumer insights, and technologist-fueled innovations has helped us create a marketing and operations software solution that is transforming one of the world’s most important and exciting industries. From Advertising to Inventory to CRM, we are building and refining a holistic SaaS solution that enables dealers and manufacturers to better connect to car shoppers.

We believe that it is critical to encourage personal development to have a successful team. As such, we have an established budget for employee education to allow developers to take training courses, attend conferences or otherwise improve their skill set and encourage team discussions such as “brown bag” lunch sessions to promote knowledge sharing, new technical concepts and thought leadership. The company is also focused on continuing to improve our development environments and tools to promote best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
