The Infusion Nursing Manager is responsible for ongoing management of Infusion Services to patients receiving Infusion Therapy. Infusion Nursing Manager ensures compliance with agency, state and federal regulations and standards. Provides direction and supervision for Infusion Nursing staff and Clinical Support Specialist. Oversees the day-to-day operations to ensure appropriate care is provided and information is communicated and processed promptly and documented accurately for the delivery of Infusion Services. The Infusion Nursing Manager is responsible for orientation, education and training of staff on organizational policies, procedures and equipment and supplies. Is able to effectively communicate and develop working relationships with the internal and external customers to meet the needs of the patients receiving infusion service.
- Masters degree required
- License to practice as a Registered Nurse. License in additional states is preferred
- Active drivers license and auto insurance
- Active CPR certificate
- Supervisory or Management experience
- 2 years of clinical nursing experience in oncology, infusion therapy, case management, or critical care
- Home Infusion experience is preferred
