The Database Coordinator will work within the Suburban Hospital Foundation, which serves as the fundraising arm of Suburban Hospital. The Foundation is focused on raising funds for capital projects, cutting-edge programs, nursing education, enhanced clinical programming and state-of-the-art technology.
The Database Coordinator will perform core departmental operations and is responsible for managing and maintaining the Foundation’s fundraising software, Raiser’s Edge, to effectively capture donor information and generate accurate financial and analytical reports. Manage the gift donation process, including the receipt of gifts, logging, reporting, and acknowledgment and depositing of donations. Works in partnership with Suburban and Johns Hopkins Medicine financial teams to prepare monthly reports for Suburban leadership and Foundation Board of Trustees.
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of three years of related experience
- Proficiency in Raiser's Edge, Salesforce or a similar software
- Previous experience in non-profit, fundraising, university or associations environment is preferred
- Basic knowledge of financial reporting
- Full Time, 40hrs per week
- Day shift, 8:30a - 5p
