Our production is mainly devoted to the manufature and sale of gray Portland cement, mortar, premixed concrete, concrete blocks, plaster, aggregates and other construction materials.
The position will support customers with phone and in-person service regarding sales orders and questions.
- Answer customer questions regarding GCC products and services.
- Build customer relationships between customers, vendors and internal teams.
- Process sales requests for orders over the phone, electronically and/or in person transactions.
- Highschool diploma or 1 -2 years' experience in customer service.
- Knowledge of cement and ready mix production desired.
