• Administer contracts with all subsequent addenda, supplemental information, schedules and change requests
• Participate in site management meetings and initiate project coordination efforts
• Direct planning for installation, including personnel requirements, job progress schedule and schedules of materials, fabrication and equipment to jobsite
• Monitor job costs and expenses as well as quality control to ensure project is completed within contractual time and budget
• Degree in Engineering, Construction, Fire Prevention OR equivalent work experience plus five years’ experience in fire protection design or estimating
• Strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals, relay logic and fire protection operations
• Working knowledge of NFPA, IBC and IFC codes
• Demonstrated written, verbal and presentation skills
• Advanced Word, Excel and Prolog or similar
• Fast-paced construction office and project sute environment; must be able to interact professionally with all levels of management and staff a while simultaneously managing a diversified workload and challenging situations efficiently and effectively; regularly sit, stand, walk and talk and listen; occasionally lift and move up objects up to 30 pounds.
